Whatever you feel that you are here on Earth to do, whatever you feel your life purpose to be, or whatever it is that turns you on creatively at a cellular level... the Universe will deliver exactly that to your doorstep.
Discern and grow that feeling. Meditate on it from time to time until it becomes Absolute Knowing and Truth for you. Once you are able to do that, the choices in your life will greatly simplify. Actually you will then have only two choices remaining to you. In any given moment... no matter what the circumstances... you will have the choice to follow your sense of Knowing and Truth or to follow your fears, patterns and old stories.
This is called "being on the tip of the arrow of consciousness."
